1 Acceptance
By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2 Private app
Le Speakeasy is for authorized users only — venue managers and artists invited by the venue. There is no public sign-up.
3 Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4 Acceptable use
The app may be used for scheduling and performance management only. You may not attempt unauthorized data extraction, reverse engineering, or any use beyond the app's intended purpose.
5 Audio content and intellectual property
Artists retain ownership of all uploaded audio files. By uploading, artists grant Easova EURL a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to store and make available their audio files within the app solely for scheduling and performance purposes.
6 Availability
We operate the app on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee any particular level of uptime.
7 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by French law, our liability arising from your use of the app is limited.
8 Termination
The venue may revoke a user's access at any time. Artists may request deletion of their account at any time.
9 Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. The courts of Paris have jurisdiction over any dispute. For any question about these terms, contact info@easova.com.
